Anis ur Rahman, CFA

Chief Executive Officer

Anis has over 30 years of experience in Equity Research and Fund Management. Anis began his career with Equity Research at KASB Securities and later served as Head of Research. He then moved to Merrill Lynch/Smith New Court as Director Research (Indian Subcontinent) and later as Head of Research at Societie Generale Securities (Singapore).

He then served as the Chief Executive of various renowned companies like Elixir Securities and ABL Asset Management. He has also served at the National Bank of Pakistan as Head of Equity Investments, managing one of the Largest Equity Portfolios among all Commercial Banks in Pakistan. Anis is an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Aftab Alam

Mr. Aftab Alam possesses an extensive and dedicated experience of over 15 years in different sectors including Concrete, Health, Brokerage etc. At Fortune Securities Limited, aside from managing the usual Secretarial Affairs, he looks after the planning, implementation, managing and running of Finance, Administration, and Human Resource functions. Mr. Aftab holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and is also ACMA finalist.

Shahid Ali

Independent Director

Mr. Shahid Ali, is an associate member of Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan. He. has over 30 years’ experience substantially in the capital market. He has served as Chief Executive in renown brokerage houses and also served as head of operations, Financial Controller in big broking companies. Before joining the equity broking industry, he has served as Consultant in KPMG Taseer Hadi Khalid & Co Chartered Accountants and also served as Cost Accountant, and officer in UBL.
